02 — Process

From idea to finished file.

Step 01Describe

Say it in plain words, or start from a service. Enhance rewrites your idea into three richer prompts.

Step 02Choose

Auto picks the engine that's best for the job and tells you which and why. Cost shown before you press go.

Step 03Perfect

Vary, fill with a brush, zoom out, remove the background, grade the colour, add real type.

Step 04Deliver

4× upscale for print, transparent PNGs, vector logos, packs zipped with a manifest.

BeforeAfterOriginalCut-out
Real edits, on our own GPUs

Drag the line. That's the finishing nobody else does.

These are real ImageX outputs: a BiRefNet cut-out, a brush fill by our editing engine, and a Real-ESRGAN 4× upscale — not mock-ups.

The right engine, automatically.

Other platforms sell you one model. ImageX reads what you asked for and sends it to the engine that's best at it — and always tells you which one and why. Prefer to choose? Pick any engine yourself.

Live from the generator door. Paid "Ultra" engines only ever run after you approve that one picture.

09 — Questions

Straight answers.

Q01Who owns the images I make?

On paid plans you own your outputs and may use them commercially, subject to the content policy and the engine notes on the licensing page. On the free plan, outputs are public and licensed CC BY-NC 4.0. (Legal to confirm.)

Q02Is it safe for commercial use?

Every engine ImageX runs by default is on our own GPUs under a licence that allows commercial use (Apache-2.0 or OpenRAIL). The licence of the engine that made each picture is shown beside it.

Q03Which AI model do you use?

Many. Auto picks the best local engine for each job and tells you which one and why. You can override it.

Q04What happens to my photos?

They're used only to make your images, deleted after 30 days unless you save them, and never used to train shared models. Local engines mean nothing leaves our servers.

Q05Can I make images of real people?

Only of yourself, or of people who've given you permission. We never make sexual, violent or misleading images of real people.

Q06What if a generation fails?

Credits for a failed or blocked picture are refunded automatically — you can see the hold and the refund in your credit history.

Q07Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Subscription credits last to the end of the period; credit packs last 12 months.

Q08Do you have an API?

It is on the roadmap for the Studio plan (Phase 3). The catalogue and job endpoints already exist inside the app.
