Using ImageX
You must be 18 or over, or 13–17 with a parent's permission where the law allows. You agree to the Acceptable Use and Content Policies. You are responsible for the prompts and uploads you submit.
Credits and plans
Credits are a prepaid unit for jobs. A job's credits are held when it starts, finalised when it finishes and refunded in full if it fails or is blocked. Subscription credits reset each period; packs last 12 months.
Your content
You keep the rights in your uploads. On paid plans you own your outputs, subject to the Licensing page. On the free plan, outputs are public and licensed CC BY-NC 4.0.
Our service
Generated images may contain errors. We do not guarantee any output is unique, fit for a purpose or free of third-party rights. We may refuse or remove content that breaks our policies.
Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [[to confirm: lawyer to settle the cap]]
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep the protections of the law where they live.
