What we collect
Account details (email, name), prompts, uploads, generated images, credit and order records, and basic technical logs.
Why
To make your images (contract), to keep the service safe and moderate public content (legitimate interest and legal obligation), and to bill you (contract).
Where it is processed
Pictures are made on ImageX's own GPUs by default. Prompt enhancement may use Anthropic (Claude). Payments, when connected, will use Stripe. See the sub-processor list.
How long
Uploads: 30 days unless you save them. Images: until you delete them (Trash empties after 30 days). Moderation evidence: as the law requires.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and complaint to the ICO (UK) or your local authority. CCPA/CPRA rights for California residents. Request via the contact above.
Training
Your uploads and images are never used to train shared models.
